Sanding Block with Dust Extraction Multi Pads

This sanding block is great for small sanding jobs on your automotive or wood working projects. It measures 198mm x 70mm so that you can use precut sandpaper or from a roll cut to size. I`ve designed the block around four separate parts, the main block body, handle, pipe and removable pad, the handle pipe are glued into the block. The best part about this sanding block is the pad is interchangable with four separate shaped pads that are flat,curved & concave. They are a simple clip on fit.  I then purchased adhesive 70mm velcro, used a punch to add the holes and fixed it to the block. Alternatively, you could just use adhesive sticky sandpaper but i just prefer the hook & loop style. Printed in pla for ease of printing and to maintain a flat block surface.
