Description

Samsung Galaxy A16 5G phone case.

Update: Feb 4 2026:

  • I've uploaded a newer version.
  • The buttons are better and easier to press.
  • I've flipped the bottom holes, as per the comments
    • I just mirrored them in the cad software; I haven't printed it myself to test them, but I've been using the non-flipped version for months and didn't notice anything bad, so it probably doesn't matter that much.
  • I just loaded the old .3mf and imported the .stl, but it said “loading geometry only” so I

    • Set 3 walls (my favorite setting)
    • Gyroid 15% infill (also my favorite)
    • I haven't actually printed the new model

You can see how grimy my 7 month old one looks :)

Thank you for commenters who pointed out the bottom holes were flipped.

Printed in TPU. After reading some comments, I'm gonna say, don't print it in hard plastic, it needs some flex. Sorry and thank you for everyone that tried.

Made in onshape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e54c99fcf24023aa9e9e5d93/w/53b6d52e29ddeb55c224c1af/e/912de9c80f141bb5cef0e1d0?renderMode=0&uiState=69828d63ef0ccf548609dcf5

Like 7 hour of work, and 3 prints. Still not perfect, but good enough for me. If you improve it, please message me so I can download a better version.

I have it print with supports, which is not fun because TPU adhere's really well. I've set the support distance to 0.4 or something to make it better, but I use pliers to stretch them out and a razor to cut them off.
