Description

Looking for storage for your unpacked teabags? Take a look at this.

This stackable tea organizer can help you save a lot of space in your kitchen. It comes with optional dividers to segment the box matching your requirements.

Also I designed an inset for loose tea bags, that takes up two spaces in the organizer and can be moved/removed.

The entire box has a depth of 252mm and fits in my Bambulab P1S. I printed with PLA.

New! There is also a short version wich is just 142.4mm (140mm inside).

Looks like you could try drying your filament

Well it’s only on one side. And the filament is at like 14% RH. I think it has something to do with head movement since it’s just in this side. Still learning about 3d printing so not sure how to diagnose this.

The filament can be wet, even when stored at low humidity. Once it has absorbed moisture, it generally stays in there. I also see some stringing, which is often caused by moisture. The reason, that it is only on one side is probably, that this is the side each layer starts. With moisture in the filament the extruder fails to keep a constant nozzle pressure after the retraction at the layer change

Organizer & Dividers on 1 Plate
some strange artifacts along the edges. printed twice and it occurred with two different filaments.

This is due to your wall generation settings where thin walls have intersections. I get something similar, but smoother than appears in your picture. Are you using Arachne walls? (Note that Bambu resets various settings in uploaded print profiles.)

I printed this from the app and used the designers settings for the A1

Strangely, I didn't get this the first time when I printed just one. Overnight, I printed two more at the same time, with different filament, and got this artifact on the front part of both models. I did use two different profiles, but both were the original single and 3x files from the designer.

great design... loved the separators... did a light improvement with some holes on the sides to save some filament and be able to see through....

click into place in a satisfying way but a few issues with the print quality. I printed twice with two different filaments and it was the same with both.

I have the same issue. PLA or PLA Matte. any idea how to correct?

The short version is the only one that fits on my A1 mini. I use PLA Matte Blue (on one picture it looks grey because of lighting issues). The top one is the one i printed first using Arachne as perimeter-generator. Second try I used classic mode. Some tea brands dont have an extra paper packaging around their teabags. Is there any possibility to get a "slim version"?

1x Inset (PLA)
In case you want to use 3 insets, you need to rescale the one in the middle from Z=76,5 to Z=73,5 mm. Else you won’t be able to stack them as there’s a ridge in the way. The result is a clean print! Nice job!
