Ultimate Trailer Hitch Cover With Storage

This is an update of my more simple hitch cover. It features a circular blank face that is 100mm in diameter and should fit all 2" receivers (I believe that means all class III and IV, correct me if wrong). It should and basically must be printed in PETG given its reliance on bendable tabs that both hold it into the receiver and to hold the vault in place. The vault has an OPTIONL TPU gasket which I like but can be a bit tricky to install (a little IPA can help get it to slide in place, please not the one longer corner that faces toward the round decorative face and I insert through side cutouts). Use the softest TPU you feel comfortable using, I used 95A. Make sure that the support material does not extend behind the spring loaded tabs as it's a pain to clear and is not needed. The vault has a keyed face/corner as installing it backward becomes a nightmare and will lock the cover into your cars receiver (ask me how I know).
