Description

This is a 3D printable modular irrigation system designed for simple, effective, and low-cost garden watering. It’s perfect for lawns, flowerbeds, and ornamental greenery. All parts are easy to print (no supports needed), quick to assemble, and compatible with standard 12 mm garden hoses.

🧩 Included in this set:

  • 3 different sprinkler heads with varied spray angles and directions
  • A main connector with standard barbed fitting for 12 mm hoses
  • Ground stakes that anchor easily and stay firmly in the soil

🔧 What else do you need?

  • A flexible 12 mm garden hose (e.g., PE-type tubing)
  • Optionally: hose clamps or quick connectors for tighter fitting
  • A water splitter if you're planning multiple zones

🖨️ Print settings:

  • Brim: YES (for better bed adhesion of the stakes)
  • Supports: YES
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Material: PLA is fine, but PETG or ASA is recommended for outdoor durability
  • Infill: at least 30% (to prevent breakage when pushing stakes into the ground)

💡 Benefits:

  • Modular system: combine different sprinkler heads as needed
  • Quick setup: install the system in minutes
  • Adjustable coverage: mix and match spray types to cover your garden effectively
  • Scalable: works at low pressure, but note – the more components you add, the more pressure will drop. For longer setups, consider using a stronger pump or keeping the hose length shorter.
