Description

🧰 Adjustable Cabinet Foot (M5) – 4 Sizes for Uneven Floors

Do you have uneven floors causing your cabinets or cupboards to wobble? This adjustable foot system is a simple, sturdy, and customizable solution. Perfect for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bookshelves, or any furniture needing a height tweak.

✅ Features:

  • Adjustable height using a standard M5 screw and nut
  • 4 top part sizes: Tiny, Small, Medium, and High – pick the one that fits your space best
  • Modular design – one universal base, interchangeable top parts
  • Clean, hidden hardware – screw head fully embedded in the print
  • Tool-free adjustment after installation (turn manually or with a hex driver)
  • Fuzzy skin grip surface for easier turning and adjustment

🔩 Hardware Required:

  • 1× M5 Nut (per foot)
  • 1× M5 Screw/Bolt – length based on how much adjustability you want
  • 4× Wood Screws – for attaching the base to your cabinet (length depends on cabinet floor thickness)

🧱 Printing Info:

  • Recommended Material: PLA+, PETG for durability
  • Supports: Not needed
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm tested
  • Fuzzy Skin: Enabled on the bottom part for better grip during manual adjustments
  • Pause Required: During top part print to insert M5 nut mid-print
  • Assembly Guide: Included in file pack

🖨️ Printing Notes:

The model consists of five total parts:

  • One universal bottom part, and
  • Four top parts with different preset heights (Tiny, Small, Medium, High)

Each top part should be printed with a pause at a specific layer, allowing you to press-fit an M5 nut directly into the part while printing—no glue required.

The bottom part should be printed upside down, allowing the screw head to be completely covered by filament. This hides it from view and provides just enough tolerance for a bit of movement, helping the foot adjust naturally to slight floor unevenness.
Additionally, it uses a fuzzy skin surface for better grip and easier handling when adjusting manually.

🏠 Ideal For:

  • Cabinets, cupboards, bookshelves, dressers
  • DIY furniture projects or restorations
  • Apartments or spaces with sloped or uneven flooring
