Description

These simple bat wing earrings are meant to be printed with tulle fabric added halfway through the print. I actually think 4 pieces of tulle added in looks best. You can see that in the third and last picture where there are two wings with 1 tulle piece and two wings with 4 tulle pieces.

You have to trim all the tulle off the edges after, it can be tedious.

Once printed and trimmed, attach to chains and earrings.

You can iron the top layer, but I don't think you have to unless you were to print these in a lighter color.

[Also looks good printed in gold with tan tulle.]

I found the thule a bit clumsy, so I printed the "thule" instead. I added my profile in case you're interested.

I liked your idea but modified it some. I printed the tulle pattern on the build plate instead in the middle mas an overhang and used a .2 nozzle. I also mirrored the wing so they will be oriented properly when wearing

Didn’t print gonna try again to see if it will print better. I printed it again and it still didn’t work, but my printer broke halfway through so that’s not your fault i tried to give it a better rating but it won’t let me go above a theee, if you would like I can delete the rating if it brings down your ratings, :)

sorry to hear that. looks like it didn’t stick well. I find it helps to use glue stick with thin and small prints.

Great! Love the tulle infill effect as well as the original profile where you can add your own tulle fabric. Cute design overall too.

tried to use a lighter to clean up the edges/extra tulle, I used 4 pieces of tulle which I think may have been a little thick so I'll do less next time
