<h2>✂️ Gardena Rasentrimmer Ersatzmesser aus TPU</h2><p>Langlebige Ersatzmesser für viele Gardena-Rasentrimmer. Ein Messer aus <strong>TPU 95A HF</strong> ersetzt viele gekaufte Klingen.</p><h2>🌱 Die Geschichte dahinter</h2><p>Lange habe ich mich über die schlechte Qualität gekaufter Ersatzmesser geärgert, denn sie brachen sehr schnell ab. Deshalb habe ich eine haltbarere Lösung konstruiert, die speziell für den 3D-Druck gemacht und leicht zu drucken ist. Ich habe verschiedene Materialien getestet, auch mit Carbon-Verstärkung. <strong>TPU 95A HF</strong> funktioniert mit Abstand am besten: Wo ich früher zehn Messer gebraucht habe, benötige ich jetzt nur noch eines.</p><h2>🧭 Wichtig</h2><p>Das Material muss <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://eu.store.bambulab.com/collections/pc-tpu/products/tpu-95a-hf">TPU 95A HF</a> sein. Die Messer haben nur auf einer Seite eine Schneide. Deshalb muss der Sechskant beziehungsweise die Bohrung nach unten zeigen (siehe Fotos).</p><p>Kompatibel mit diesen Gardena-Modellen:</p><ul><li>AccuCut</li><li>Comfort Cut Li 18/23R und Li 18/23RO</li><li>EasyCut Li 18/23R</li><li>Turbotrimmer AccuCut 400 Li und 450 Li</li></ul><h2>🖨️ Druckprofile</h2><p>Empfohlenes Material: <strong>TPU 95A HF</strong>. Es gibt zwei Druckprofile, jeweils mit 0,2 mm Schichthöhe, 2 Wandlinien und 100 Prozent Füllung:</p><ul><li>für strukturierte PEI-Platte (Druckzeit etwa 3,2 Stunden, 2 Platten)</li><li>für glatte Konstruktionsplatte (Druckzeit etwa 3,2 Stunden, 2 Platten)</li></ul>

A blade made of <strong>TPU 95A HF</strong> replaces many purchased blades.</p><h2>🌱 The Story Behind It</h2><p>For a long time, I was annoyed by the poor quality of purchased replacement blades, as they broke very quickly. That's why I designed a more durable solution, specifically made for 3D printing and easy to print. I tested various materials, including carbon reinforcement. <strong>TPU 95A HF</strong> works by far the best: where I used to need ten blades, I now only need one.</p><h2>🧭 Important</h2><p>The material must be <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://eu.store.bambulab.com/collections/pc-tpu/products/tpu-95a-hf">TPU 95A HF</a>. The blades only have a cutting edge on one side.
