Description
The H2D/H2S/H2C air filters seem to be always be out of stock so I made this refillable carbon filter. It has the same honeycomb internal structure as the OEM filter, the carbon pellets are segregated into their own separate chambers. This allows for better filtration by increasing the carbon surface area without restricting the airflow. You will need some single sided EVA foam tape along the edges, 25mm wide 3-5mm thick. This item should ideally be printed from high temperature material,I printed mine from ABS-GF. Please print it from a stiff filament so it does not shrink and the cover will work properly! Make sure to use steam activated carbon, if you use acid-washed carbon it will cause rust inside the printer. “Aquapapa” on Amazon sells steam activated carbon, or search for Nevermore brand that is made especially for 3D printing.
