Simple 2 color USA Flag License Plate frame
This simple design is nearly the exact same length, width and height of a retail license plate frame, but offers unlimited color and texture options when printing.
Notes:
This build plate has been oriented as such to ensure the dove tails perfectly fit and texture plates blend.
Quick print, taking less than 2hrs at recommended settings.
Uses traditional supports (Found these worked best) for the inside holder, easy removal with needle nose pliers.
Recommend a sturdy filament such as PETG, PLA+ may also work but durability could be an issue.
Try using a texture plate (like Carbon Fiber) to add even more to the design
Instructions:
After printing all the parts and removing the support, simply snap them together.
Use Super glue or even a thin durable tape to secure the parts.
Slide the license plate under the clips, align the holes and install!
