Description

Overview
This 3D-printable fidget toy is inspired by industrial double helical gear systems and is designed to be both functional and fun. It features three interlocking parts: two larger helical ring gears on either side and a smaller central gear that drives them. When rotated, the gears move in perfect harmony, creating a smooth, satisfying motion that's great for fidgeting or demonstrating gear mechanics.

The parts are designed for snap-fit assembly, so no glue or screws are needed just print, pop together, and start spinning. The double helical teeth ensure stable engagement and help eliminate axial play, offering a more refined movement compared to standard gear toys.

Print Settings & Tips:
Recommended layer height: 0.2mm
No supports needed
Infill 15% or higher  for best gear strength
Print in PLA, PETG, or your favorite material
