AquaJet Set: Spray Your Way

Author's note:  a “more aggressive spray” remix is now available here, if you want it.  I personally like this remix best for my needs.

Not all garden jobs need the same spray and that’s why the AquaJet Set exists. This set of two flat-profile spray nozzles transforms a standard garden hose into an easy-to-use tool for everything from plant care to patio cleanup.

Each nozzle delivers a different spray style, modeled after commercial designs and optimized for home use:

One creates a broad ~135° soft fan spray (for 3 mm diameter hole size) via high deflection, ideal for gentle watering or rinsing without kicking up dirt or splashing.

The other delivers a tighter ~80° arc spray (for 3 mm hole diameter) for higher pressure and better directional control — perfect for blasting out grime or hosing off tools.

To give you even more control, each nozzle style comes with three hole size options:

2 mm – for maximum water velocity and tight spray

3 mm – a balance of flow and focus   [both examples shown here are 3 mm]

4 mm – for higher volume and a softer touch

You can easily swap between the two nozzles using a quick-connect garden hose adapter (shown in the photos). And don’t forget to use a standard rubber washer/gasket to prevent leaks — just like any good hose fitting.

Print in PETG or ASA for best weather resistance and long-term durability, PLA works fine (shown here) if you'd like to test it out first and don't need it to be heat resistant.
