This is a repair kit for mercedes OM60x type engines. As you probably know throttle is controlled by levers and linkages, which are likely to have their joints worn out. When the joint is too loose, the lever falls out of its place and the engine starts shaking.
How to use this kit? Simply drill a 10mm hole through old joint (in steps, starting with 6mm drill, then 8mm) and put a new 3d printed sleeve.
The part is designed to be press fit, so glue isn't needed. Deburring is essential.
If there is a problem with pushing the ball joint to cavity, just drill or sand the inlet hole. Make sure you don't overdo it so that the joint will not fall apart.
