Improved Small Dual Hook

Similar to the original, but with taller (both hooks) and more vertical upper hook.

I had an issue with the original that after handing a puffy winter jacket on the lower hook, the upper hook becomes useless - additional clothes just slip from it as they are no longer hanging vertically due to the jacket taking the space below. These vertical hooks hold much better now. 

Caution - the lower hook now partly cover the lower screw slot - however, I had no issues attaching it with screw driver driving the bolt at an angle. I recommend pre-drilling the holes to the surface you are mounting this to, making it easier to secure in place.
