The 3D Vacuum Pump Adapter is a 3D-printable adapter that transforms any hand vacuum pump with a screw-on fitting into a system compatible with the flush valves of 3D filament bags.

How to use it:
1. 3D print the body in PLA with 0.2 mm layer height and 20% infill.
2. Insert the O-ring into the designated seat; the gasket must have R=20, which corresponds to a diameter of 30 mm at rest (not under tension). For fixing the O-ring, I suggest a few drops of glue.
3. Screw the adapter onto the hand pump.
4. Place the cap on the flush valve of the vacuum bag for the filament.
5. Pump: your filament will remain dry and safe until the next print!
