Description

The iconic roof facade of the Johnny Haynes/Stevenage Road stand at Fulham's Craven Cottage. As a Fulham fan, I had been looking for a model of the facade to display on a shelf. I couldn't find one online, so I modeled it myself while learning Fusion.

Originally I modeled it as one piece, but I wanted to be able to flat pack it to send to friends. To facilitate that, I disconnected the stand and used a friction fit dovetail to connect the two.

I tried both 0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzles and definitely recommend using a 0.2mm nozzle for this. With a 0.4mm nozzle, the text at the bottom is blurry and there are gaps between colors. Be sure to print as oriented in the published profile with the facade facing down on the build plate and the stand vertical.

I used all Bambu filament. Using basic or matte doesn't really matter here since it's so small, I just used what I had.

The colors I used were:

  • PLA Basic Black
  • PLA Basic Jade White
  • PLA Matte Ash Grey
  • PLA Matte Dark Red
