Description
This component is a robust training grip for calisthenics, ideal for bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, L-sits, or handstand training.
The grips consist of four components and can be assembled completely without additional tools – a suitable screwdriver is included.
Important Note:
When assembling, note that there is a left-hand and a right-hand thread, each with the appropriate screw. These screws are provided with a small bead at the end so that even if they loosen slightly during training, they cannot completely come undone.
Please tighten the screws only slightly by hand! Over-tightening may damage the supplied tool.

• Grip length: 15 cm
• Distance to the ground: 4 cm
• Bar diameter: 35 mm
• Load capacity: At least 150 kg per grip
If a different diameter is desired, the entire group can simply be scaled proportionally.
