This rail is meant to hold fruit pouches you'd feed your kids. I've installed mine underneath a shelf in my pantry. Fits all normal sized caps (Tested Finnish, Swedish and Estonian caps but as far as I know everyone uses the same caps).
Bed plate contains 4 different sizes for rails. 25cm, 20cm, 15cm and 10cm so you can fit them as you see fit.
One side is curved to avoid you slicing your fingers open with sharp edges. This allows you to extend the rail with another piece to fully utilize the entire pantry shelf.
In the model picture you'll see me having paired 2x 25cm rails to fit the full length of my pantry.
All of the models come with screw holes if you want to go that route for attaching but I've attached mine using double sided mirror tape.
