This model ensures safety when breaking off your utility knife blade. You cannot get injured, the broken blade immediately falls into the container. The box features a screw cap. Should it one day be filled with blades, you can dispose of them appropriately. I call it “SnapSafe”
I have created three different print profiles:
· Lid with embossed text
· Lid with colored text (AMS required)
· Lid without text
Please use my print profile so that the thread prints cleanly. The threads themselves should be printed with a 0.08 mm layer height.
PLA is perfectly sufficient for a stable print. For higher load capacity and maximum durability, you can also use PETG. I used Geeetech Apple Green PLA.
