____________
Major updates:
- Now supports A1 Mini (new base print profile)
- Alternative top-level print profile now supports double/chubby game cases (thicker than standard)
By request based on my 2 tier PAL PS1 game stand, this is an angular 90s aesthetic stand modelled from scratch, storing NTSC (US and JP) PlayStation 1 games.
To avoid needing any supports, this should be printed in two pieces. The left and right 'legs' on the bottom lock into grooves on the underside of the top level. The fitment is good enough that you shouldn't need any glue - just plug and play. But be careful when doing so, to avoid snapping off those legs during the assembly process. It's not the most clever interlock on the planet, but it works.
My unit was printed using Bambu PETG HF Gray (33101) to deliver some extra durability and give it a distinctly PlayStation appearance. PETG is more flexible and less brittle than PLA, which minimised my chances of breaking it during assembly.
PS. optionally, you can line the bottom with some adhesive foam sponge to prevent the plastic base from sliding on hard surfaces.
