Description

Absperrschieber für Maschinen Absaugung HT50

Zum Positionsrasten des Schiebers habe ich eine 6mm Stahlkugel und eine Druckfeder verwendet.
Falls keine Stahlkugel zur Verfügung steht kann man notfalls den 3D Kugelersatz verwenden
oder komplett weg lassen.

Der Schieber passt genau in eine HT50 Muffe

Verschraubt wird alles mit 4 Senkschrauben M4x8.
Kernloch D3.2mm wird gedruckt.

Gate valve for machine extraction HT50

I used a 6mm steel ball and a compression spring to lock the position of the slide.
If no steel ball is available, you can use the 3D ball replacement if necessary
or leave it out completely.

The slider fits exactly into a HT50 sleeve

Everything is screwed together with 4 M4x8 countersunk screws.
Core hole D3.2mm is printed.

Ich habe auf der anderen Seite noch einen Steg dran konstruiert, damit der Schieber nicht rausgezogen werden kann.
