Knaus Cateye - Alternative

Tail light housing to accommodate standard round tail lights D140mm and round reflectors D70mm, for building an alternative to the Knaus Cateye taillight. A stainless steel M8 bolt must be screwed into the small part. Print with PLA to avoid warping. Painting and foiling improve UV resistance. The connectors are to be supplemented with 2.8mm contacts, as shown in the detail image, and sealed with adhesive. The connectors then fit into the original Knaus connectors. Only the ground (white) of one connector needs to be connected. The parts fit equally on the left and right. The distance between the mounting screws of the light inserts is 44mm. The inserts can be aligned straight or at an angle via elongated holes
