I published solidworks parametric file so you can take it and adjust and tweak it if needed for different sizes, but right now at it is, it's made and tested exactly for this specific filter set.

This case is for very minimalistic portable traveling when original pouch would be too big, it is very compact, but also requires all filters to be screwed to each other. This means getting filter from the middle will take longer than expected, the remaning time the filter is missing in case will mean rest of filters will have less protection. And also even when all filters are preset, things like dust/sand/water could get inside, so it's not perfectly protecting the filters and it's a compromose to have minimalistic case for travels.
