Description

That's a simple and generic Korry Switch design that perfectly fits RDDesigns Airbus panels.

The "Korry Base" file is a mechanism that fits a 8x8mm tactile switch for the korry push/pull action (some Korry's are latching, others momentary). It should be printed with transparent PLA, aligned and glued behind the panel's.

The "Korry Body" file isthe main part of the design recommended to be printed with black PLA. It is meant to hold two 3mm leds and the Korry lens itself. There are 3 variations for 3 different lens thickness: 0.5mm, 1mm and 2mm.

PS: The ideal way to make the Korry lenses is to laser cut and engrave them, but here's a pro DIY tip: You can use a sheet of 0.5mm PETG, and some stickers to make it. The sheet is quite flexible, but when you cut it in tiny square’s (with regular scissors), they become much harder, so it works pretty well. You can also use some white nail ink behind the stickers in order to get a better light diffusion (wich is what I did as you can see in the pictures).
