Jeep Cherokee XJ Cup Holder & Storage Tray 85-95

Upgrade your XJ's interior with this functional, heavy-duty dual cup holder designed specifically for the 1984–1995 Jeep Cherokee. This model mounts securely using existing hardware points and features a built-in small storage tray for keys, coins, or tools.

It handles massive cups up to 94mm in diameter (like large Yeti Tumblers and oversized mugs) but includes removable spacers so your standard fast-food drinks and soda cans don’t tip over while you're on or off the road.

Mounting & Fitment Notes

• Secure Mounting: Mounts directly under the center console lid using the two existing screws that hold down the console plastic. Note: You will need longer screws than the factory ones to accommodate the 3D-printed base.
• Console Lid: Designed to sit cleanly, though depending on your console latch condition, the lid may not click 100% fully closed.
• Hand Brake: Fully compatible with the hand brake, though clearance is tighter.

I have included two distinct versions so you can pick the one that best fits your daily drive:

Version 1.0 (Shown in Blue)

• Features: Includes side slits to accommodate mugs with handles.
• Profile: Extended slightly further out to provide maximum handle clearance.
• Print profiles are PLA

Version 2.0 (Shown in Black)

• Features: A more compact footprint that hugs the console tighter.
• Profile: Does not include the mug handle slots, making it perfect for standard tumblers, bottles, and cans.
• Print profiles are PETG

⚠️ Material Warning: I highly recommend printing this in PETG, ASA, or ABS. Standard PLA will warp and fail under summer cabin heat and the weight of heavy drinks.
