Description

These mounting clips are designed for 35mm PA speaker stand poles. They feature two 4mm screw holes with 8mm countersinks for secure and flush mounting.
Printed sideways in PLA, these clips have been thoroughly tested and proven to withstand over 50 mounting and unmounting cycles without signs of fatigue or failure even with more “aggressive” mounting.
Multiple iterations were developed, and this version provided the best balance of strength and usability. Ideal for stable and repeatable use in live sound or studio setups.
As of now I only tested them in PLA, but other materials should be possible aswell. To prevent the pole from sliding I would suggest sticking some kind of anti-slip tape to the surface or adding physical stops at the according ends if needed.
Initially I designed the clips for my 35mm pole by K&M (König&Meyer), they should be compatible with many other models aswell as long as the diameter is also about 35mm.
