Template for Routing Connectors in HPL Countertops
For connectors: thickness 7 mm, diameter 20 mm
Technical Specifications:
- Connector dimensions: 7 mm thick, 20 mm diameter hole (similar to Lamello Clamex, Hettich, Hafele)
- Router bit: 10 mm straight bit (spiral or standard)
- Guide bushing: 30 mm diameter
- Router: Top-mounted plunge router with copying bushing
- Clamp system compatibility: Makita / Festool or similar (e.g., Bessey)
