Description
The set includes 6 Adjustable Threaded Spacer / Spreader Bar with TPU Pad and Lock nut in the following dimensions:
- 70 - 80 mm
- 90 - 120 mm
- 110 - 160 mm
- 140 - 220 mm
- 170 - 280 mm
- 200 - 340 mm
Assembly Instructions:
(Attention: The set includes elements with Right and Left thread! The objects name are described in Bambu Sudio. Click on the object and look in the lower right corner).
- Screw the lock nut with the right thread onto the bolt with right thread.
- Screw the lock nut with the left thread onto the bolt with left thread.
- Screw the bolt with right thread into the nut on the plate / down side.
- Screw the bolt with left thread into the nut on the last layer / top side.
- Put TPU caps on the bolt.
- Unscrew the bolts until they are slightly blocked at the place of installation.
- Unscrew the nut causing expansion bar.
- Lock the nut with locking nuts on both sides.
- Ready!
Recommended Print Settings:
PET-G / PLA
- 0,16 mm layer height
- min 4 walls
- 15 - 20% infill
TPU
- 0,16 - 0,2 mm layer height
- 100% infill
