Reducer for IBC containers with S60x6 thread.

This part allows you to directly connect to an IBC tank with an S60x6 threaded valve using a ¾″ fitting.

With this, you can freely connect various taps and fittings with a ¾″ male thread.

Caution: Avoid PLA printing for outdoor use; opt for PETG (as I did), or preferably ABS or ASA for near-eternal durability.

This model is designed for minimal thread friction, thus lacking inherent sealing; a gasket is required. Gasket dimensions: 55mm outer diameter, 44mm inner diameter, 5mm thickness. This can be 3D printed in TPU or crafted from a 3-5mm thick sheet of soft polyurethane or silicone.

I also include the TPU-printed version design, but even as a 3D printing enthusiast, I recommend a sheet-printed or extruded version.

For optimal printing results, I recommend drying the material, cleaning the bed, and then performing bed leveling.

Happy printing everyone

I look forward to your comments

I have also developed a version for ½″ threads, here is the link
