Description

Summary

I liked the original design from bad_ace.

But I missed some features on it.

New added:

  • Cut out to directly charge the LiPo without opening the Case via USB.
  • Battery dummy connector. No need to solder anithing into the AC-1100 (no loss of warranty and easy to remove.
  • End Cap for the battery case. Now the case can hold LiPo's with PCB protection.
  • Slot for the TP4056 carger.

What you need:

  • some wire
  • TP4056 USB Charger around 1,- €
  • 18650 LiPo (I used the 3.000mAh 3.7V version)
  • soldering iron

Post-Printing

Assembly

  1. Battery dummy 2x
Take some wire and remove the isolation. The wires should be wrapped through the wall to give good contact with the battery. I only wrapped it on one side of each adapter.
  2. Drille two holes in the Battery box for wireing (see picture)
  3. Add the TP4056 Lipo charger in the slot inside the Battery Pack. (It should fit tight)
  4. soldere all up and mount it on the back of the Angelcare AC1100
  5. The cap can be used if you are using PCB protected LiPo's due to the PCB protection the battery is a little bit to long to fit into the case.
