Plant Propagation Lids – For clean rooting without tipping over 🌱
Anyone who regularly propagates plants knows the problem: The small shoots just won't stay put! As soon as they're put in water, they tip over, slip, or lie askew in the glass or pot. This annoyed me for a long time – so I designed a practical solution, which I'd like to share with you here.
🪴 The propagation lid in detail:
- Suitable for flower pots or containers with an outer diameter of 110 mm
- Many small holes in the lid allow for flexible placement of the cuttings
- With small clips (also 3D-printable), the plants can be gently secured – no more tipping over!
- Ideal for rooting in water, clean and tidy
🧵 Why all this?
Because I was tired of the constant fiddling with wobbly cuttings – and it looks much nicer when everything is neatly arranged.
🔧 Printing instructions & tips:
- Clips can be printed separately and added as needed
I'm delighted if my little project helps you with your gardening!
