Description

This cable tie holder was designed to hold large cable ties with large strength and to be able to survive professional use in a day to day work environment. I have used PETG CF for main body to make it strong, and I used a spring with lots of torsion strength to be able to hold large zip ties. This holder was tested for few weeks before I uploaded it here, and it is holding well without any faults in day to day work. I will upload all hardware that is required for assembly. 

 

Hardware required for assembly 

2x M3 18mm countersunk screws

2X M3 nuts

1X torsion spring 304 stainless steel 1.6mm, 120degree angle, 5 laps left rotation (10mm)

the spring at the link is no longer available, does it look to you like this one from McMaster Carr will work? Appears to be nearly indentical. McMaster Carr part number 9271K641
