Rootcup is a practical container designed for rooting plant cuttings in water. Its special shape holds the stem in the correct position, keeps the leaves above the water surface, and protects the roots from light, which encourages faster and healthier root growth. Rootcup also helps prevent rot by keeping leaves out of the water.
Three sizes are available:
- Small rootcup: height 35 mm, hole for cuttings 5 mm
- Larger rootcup: height 61 mm, hole for cuttings 8 mm
- Rootcup for six cuttings: height 61 mm, each hole 7 mm
The model is best printed from PET-G or another waterproof material for long-term durability and moisture resistance. If you use PLA, it is recommended to coat the inside with a waterproof lacquer or paint to extend its lifespan.
