Getting ready for Chinese New Year? Here are two pairs of artistically modern Chinese New Year-themed earrings.  One features the character "福" (Cantonese: Fuk; Mandarin: Fu; Hokkien: Hok), which translates to "good fortune" or "blessing" in English.

The other pair showcases the "囍" character, a combination of two "喜" characters representing joy and happiness. Together, it symbolizes “Double Happiness”! Pronounced as 'sheung hei' in Cantonese and 'shuāngxǐ' in Mandarin. While 囍 is traditionally associated with weddings, it can also bring joy to the New Year season.
