Spray Can Nozzle Replacement (Quick 10 min print)
Lost or broken the nozzle on your favorite spray paint or lubricant can? Don't toss the can – print a replacement in just 10 minutes!
This spray can nozzle is designed for a quick print, immediately getting you back to your project. With settings optimized for speed, the actual print time is around 7 minutes, with the whole process taking about 10 minutes from start to finish.
Key Features:
- Lightning Fast Print: Print a functional replacement nozzle in approximately 10 minutes total (~7 minutes printing time).
- Cool Design: Add a bit of personality to your standard spray cans.
- Multiple Sizes Included: Designed to fit various spray can valve stems. Files are included for shaft diameters ranging from 3.2mm to 4.8mm. Please measure the stem diameter on your specific can before printing to ensure you choose the correct size!
- Easy to Print: No supports needed.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: PLA works great , but PETG can also be used for potentially increased durability or chemical resistance (test compatibility with can contents if using harsh chemicals).
- Layer Height: 0.2mm works well for a standard quick print.
- Nozzle Size: A standard 0.4mm nozzle is fine.
- Want More Detail? For an even more detailed skull, try printing with a smaller nozzle (like 0.2mm) or simply reduce your layer height (e.g., 0.16mm or 0.8mm). This will increase print time but enhance the spray flow.
- Infill: 15-20% is sufficient.
- Supports: None required.
