Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like my design, please give me a free boost — your support is my greatest motivation!

I lost the original nozzle for my 40V leaf blower, so I decided to design a custom one — not just a replacement, but an upgrade. As an engineer familiar with aerodynamics, I created this nozzle based on the Coandă effect, which is the tendency of a fluid jet (such as air) to stay attached to a nearby curved surface. This principle allows the nozzle to entrain additional surrounding air, increasing the total airflow and improving performance.

This nozzle features four side inlets that help draw in more air efficiently, enhancing the blowing power without increasing energy consumption. In my tests, it outperformed the original factory nozzle in both airflow and coverage.

If you like this design, feel free to give it a free boost — your encouragement is my greatest motivation!
