TPU customizable gift box for all occasions money

A customizable reusable gift box, perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or any special occasion. The box is entirely 3D printed in 68D shore TPU for AMS, a harder material than 95A TPU. The two box components can also be printed in PLA or other filaments. The decorative bow, however, should be printed in TPU for optimal softness and realism, mimicking the look and feel of a ribbon.

Customize the text on the top cover directly within Bambu Studio.

For the sparkling effect, I utilized a Bambu plate with a 3D-galaxy etched texture; TPU yields the best results with this plate.

Assembly is accomplished using super glue or hot glue. The top box section features a 4mm hole for bow attachment. The decision to attach the ribbons separately, rather than integrating them into the print, enhances the three-dimensional effect and realism while reducing print time.

First, glue the two “T”-shaped ribbons; one with a hole to the top lid and the other without to the bottom lid. Both lids have grooves around the edges for glue application and ribbon placement.

After adhering the ribbons, assemble the bow.

Take the pin and the first ribbon piece with three holes; fold the ribbon and insert the pin through the holes. Repeat with the second ribbon piece. Insert the star into the pin, then place the assembly into the hole on the top lid, pushing the pin until the two prongs are inside the box. (See attached images)

This gift box is ideal for cash gifts, concert tickets, event tickets, greeting cards, and more. The internal space accommodates a folded A4 letter (tri-folded), up to 2cm thick.
