Support Issue:I'm new however I haven't had to turn anything down or off for the other prints that I have attempted and this print failed due to no supports is what I was told.

I’m sorry if it didn’t work. I’m new as well. i thought i did everything right. a friend was able to use Bambu Handy to print one. i will print another and see what i get. thanks
