Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like the model, give it a boost, rating & like! Costs nothing but goes a long way :)

My kids have wanted these ninja versions of the blocks since we started printing them but I could not find them anywhere. Figured i would share with others as well.

Filaments:
   - Generic PLA profile with no changes to the defaults
   - Overture for the black
   - Kingroon PLA for the blue & green
   - SUNLU PLA for the red
   - Amolen PLA+ for the peach
   - Greeetech silk PLA for the gold & silver (prone to cracking, be careful)

Revisions:

Rev 2 changes 2/28/26: Address an issue where the legs & torso measurements dont seem to line up with the rest of the characters

Rev 1 changes 11/18/25: Address some user mentioned issues
       Head loose on torso: confirmed
Increased top of torso cylinder size
       Hood loose on head: confirmed
Fixed inside of hood where head slots in
       Other things mentioned and addressed
Change the support on some pieces
Change the infill on some pieces
Change the orientation of the legs for faster printing
Change the orientation of the weapons for strength
Change the orientation of the hood for strength on the rear
Reduced print time and filament usage

Tested this with multiple parts from multiple models (from other creator models as well) to confirm the head/hood issues & that the hands fit in the arms

Is this reversed? The printed part won't fit, could you test it? Mine won't assemble with the body. Thank you

I would suggest measuring and checking in bambu studio. There should be enough space there to get them together (sometimes they are a little tight)

legs would not fit into torso until I put the arms in and the torso split in half. now the legs fit. not impressed.

Sorry to see that. The only time i have had the top split like that is when using silk filament. You can look at all the pictures people have posted on all the different ones and i dont think anyone has had that happen to them. The waist is a tight fit but it does go in, if necessary i can find numerous videos of people who have made all these and assemble them to help visually see the easiest way to put them together.

false. measurements do not add up. download your current files off makerworld. you'll see.

unfortunately Im not sure what to tell you about that (ive measured it and attached as well). You can look at all of the ninjago ones and they are all the same base parts. you can also look at all the posts and pictures (even if just since you posted) and no one has this issue. Edit: I can try to find the torso design image i used for this one and re-make the torso part again just to be sure as well.

What do you get a Ninjago fan that already has everything? Big Block Ninjago! Their favorite is Cole, so this model is perfect! Printed great! I used Hatchbox gold silk PLA for the weapons, Bambu matte black, matte desert tan (head), silver silk (chest, eyes), copper silk (chest/legs), basic cyan (chest).

Not much information there to go on but sounds like you need to dry the fimament or try better/different filamanet. All of these legos use the same size torso and have had hundreds of prints, the only mention of cracking was related to filament (silk filamanet)
