Luke Littler, 2025 World Champion, Giant Dart

A replica of a Target Luke Littler World Champion 2025 dart, measuring 68cm in total length.

The dart comprises seven individual components requiring adhesive bonding.

I initially intended for all parts to be screwed together, however, to maintain the dart's scalability and considering the often rough nature of threads, I opted for a threadless design.

Flights can be selected between print profiles 3 and 6

All profiles incorporate supports as depicted in the images and should be replicated accordingly.

Print profile 6: LL Flight Black             printed in black / violet / yellow / white PLA

The most significant challenge was the intricately detailed barrel. To minimize waste and filament change times, I did not replicate all the colored areas of the original dart. Furthermore, I utilized PETG filament as a separation layer. This allows for effortless detachment of the prints from the support structure with careful handling.
