Description

A simple wall-mounted air duct holder, available in two versions: one for countersunk screws and one for plain head screws.

The inner diameter is 85 mm, with an opening of approximately 58.5 mm. When printed in PETG, the holder remains semi-flexible and can easily expand to fit 80 mm ducts without difficulty.

No supports needed.

P.S. I used these mounts to support an air duct to my P1S Slim Exhaust Vent Adapter system:

Printed a few of these using Inland PETG+. Used command strips to mount instead of screws, hanging on so far.

So far that's the best looking wall mount for air hose. I have an Idea for an update: maybe it would be good to add some kind of rips inside of the mount that the air house can change the position so easy like in the picture? Can you also make bigger versions for like 125mm and 160mm?

Hi, thanks! I'm not sure about the ribs. In the picture, as I understand, their purpose is to provide a purchase for a fastener. In this wall mount, ribs could help prevent hose sliding, but for this size, imho , it’s not a problem and in fact, they might make installation a bit more difficult. Regarding larger sizes, I can make 125 mm and 160 mm versions, but I don't have hoses of those sizes to practically test how well they hold. So if you're planning to test them, let me know!

any chance you could make a version for a 2" hose?

Sure, although I have no idea what kind of hose that is. Could you give me more info? What’s the outer diameter? Does it carry air or water? I mean, if it’s water, it might be too heavy to support.

it is this link below. it will be for ventillation for some 3d printers to a junction box which then uses a 4" hose to the external vent. so it will only be carrying air. though after this one i am probably going to switch to the 2 1/2" OD tubing as its cheaper https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005W17PB4

The description says that Inside Diameter‎ is 5.1 Centimeters and Outside Diameter‎ is 2 Inches, which doesn't make sense.)) Do you have it at hand? Could you measure or estimate the needed inner diameter of the holder. I'm also not sure if it will be flexible enough at that diameter to use the same design.🤔

Hello! I really appreciated your design, I used it to secure a pipe and mentioned it in one of my designs (window hook) https://makerworld.com/en/models/1501622-80mm-pipe-hook-for-window#profileId-1571415
