Sennheiser HD660S2 Modified Suspension Headband Accessory, Suitable for HD600 Series
Print Profile(1)

Description
Solves the problem of the Sennheiser HD6 series headband pressing on the scalp; switching to a suspension headband allows for comfortable, extended wear.
After modification, an extra 3-4 notches of length is needed on each side; please ensure your current size has sufficient margin.
The dimensions reference my HD660S2 design; other 6-series should have the same dimensions. Please provide feedback if there are any discrepancies so I can modify and add configurations.
Uses M3*3*4 copper embedded nuts and M3*5 flat head screws. Applying electrician's tape or other adhesive tape to the back increases friction.
A brim was not used to ensure high-quality bottom edges; however, due to the small area of contact with the heated bed, the print is prone to detachment. Manual supports were added and bonded to the Z-seam. After printing, it can be easily removed with a push. If it is too tightly bonded, please modify the parameter "Support/Model XY Distance".
The headband uses a SteelSeries Nova series headband. The original ones cost forty to fifty, while I bought a third-party one for just over ten, with inferior workmanship but adequate functionality. This headband is available in various colors, allowing for personalized customization.
To disassemble the HD6 series headband, you can search for videos on Bilibili, such as BV1EN4y197DP. After removing the original foam headband, replace it with the printed bar, and insert the accessory after separating the metal plates on both sides from the headband.
The metal plates' paint is quite hard; PLA will not leave scratches, but avoid using carbon fiber/glass fiber materials.
Initial tightness is normal; it will settle to a more comfortable level after a day or two.
