The design comes up with 4 plates;
1 unit 100% scale
1 unit 125% scale
33 units 100% scale
18 unites 125% scale
I personally recommend 125% scale, which is easy to print with all printers, in terms of clearance.
All the plates come up with ironing setting, I also recommend printing with ironing enabled.
