  • 🔋 Samsung INR18650-35E battery – 3500 mAh
  • 🧠 PCB module (FM5324G) with:
    • USB-C charging input
    • Power Delivery support
    • Integrated 5V / 2A step-up converter
    • Aliexpress Link
  • 🔌 USB-A male connector (plugs directly into your e-cig)
  • 🔄 Rotating base assembly (2 parts):
    • Base with USB-C male connector
    • Locking ring that snaps into the powerbank’s body
  • ⛓️ Bottom cap with built-in LED light-blocking shield
  • 🖼️ 2x side logo inserts, designed to snap-fit into the powerbank’s body

🛠️ Recommended material

For the best look and feel, we strongly recommend using Bambulab Matte PLA. It delivers a clean, modern finish that gives PuffBank a premium aesthetic straight off the print bed—no post-processing needed.

🧩 Assembly Guide

  1. Print the parts

All parts are optimized for FDM printing. Recommended settings: 0.2 mm layer height, 15–20% infill. Use supports only where needed.

  2. Add the side logos

Push the two round logo badges into the dedicated side slots and secure them with epoxy glue for a flawless finish.

  3. Assemble the rotating base

Glue the base and the locking ring together using a two-part epoxy adhesive. This mechanism allows the USB-C connector to stay firmly in place while rotating into position.

  4. Insert and glue the USB-C male connector

Solder two wires into the connector, plug it into the rotating base and secure it with epoxy glue for long-term durability.

  5. Assemble and Slide in the electronics

Solder the battery to the PCB module and the USB-C male connector wires. The internal rails inside the body are designed to hold the board tightly. If insertion is difficult, you can lightly sand the rails to reduce friction.

  6. Close with the bottom cap

The cap includes an integrated LED mask to prevent internal light bleed, keeping your PuffBank looking clean and sharp even when powered.

⚡ Charge with confidence

PuffBank is USB-C powered and supports Power Delivery, making it compatible with most modern fast chargers. It's ready for quick top-ups wherever you go—no special cables needed. Use a high-quality 18650 Li-Ion cell (Samsung 35E recommended). The PCB module handles charging and power output seamlessly.

🧠 Print it, Use it, Make it yours.

PuffBank isn’t just another case or a random 3D print—it’s a fully functional accessory, tested through many iterations and built for real-world use.

Every detail has been refined, every measurement verified. Now it’s your turn to bring it to life.
