• Use Bambu Lab’s default AI print settings.
• Recommended nut diameter ≤ 6mm, screw diameter ≤ 3mm.
• Counterbore depth: 1.5mm.
• 0.28mm layer height recommended for faster printing.
• Material: PLA (PETG or ABS recommended for greater strength and heat resistance).
• Color and reinforcement settings (walls/infill density) are customizable.
