Description
This adapter enables the stable connection of a parasol to a parasol stand, even if both have different diameters. The adapter features a practical elongated hole, which can be used if the parasol stand has a fixing screw. This provides additional security and prevents the parasol from slipping.
Recommended material:
For outdoor use, you should use materials that are UV-resistant and temperature-resistant. I recommend PETG, which I used to print the adapter myself. Alternatively, ABS is also suitable. Light-colored filaments are advantageous, as they heat up less under direct sunlight, while dark materials store more heat and can lead to material fatigue in the long term.
Available sizes:
The adapter is available in various sizes and covers the most common combinations of parasols and parasol stands:
- Inner diameter: 25–40 mm
- Outer diameter: 48–60 mm
File organization:
For better clarity and smaller file sizes, I have created a print file for each inner diameter that contains all matching outer diameters. Simply select the desired adapter in the object overview before printing.

Update 25.07.2025:
In addition to the fixed sizes in the various print profiles, I have made the model customizable. You can now individually adjust the inner and outer diameter as well as the height and slot width. There are no limits. Have fun with it :)
