The adjustable cup holder was designed with a 38 mm clamp and has 4 x 3.7mm recesses at the corners to allow for heat-set inserts
For this, 5.2x4.2mm M3 threads were used
4x M3 x 18mm screws
1x M3 x 25mm countersunk head preferred, otherwise a flat head with fine oil under the head also works
1x compression spring 8.5mm x 45mm
The connection is made with a radially designed ratchet, which is pulled together by a screw and compression spring to prevent the components from being so close together that functionality is compromised. Proper feedback is ensured when tightened moderately
The holder is equipped with 9 holes as it was designed for outdoor use and is not brought back inside. The inner diameter is 85mm and the height is approximately 100mm
The pivot point is deliberately chosen high up so that the holder does not move when drinks are inserted
Printed with PETG HF in black with 25% infill
