Kylo Ren Quest 3 Helmet

Here is my Kylo Ren inspired helmet modeled for use with the Meta Quest 3. Designed around the headset's various cameras, sensors and vents, this cosplay helmet can be worn without getting in the way of headset functionality or tracking. This is designed for the Quest 3 ONLY and will not work with the Quest 3s or 2.

The helmet is printed in 3 separate pieces:

•  A bucket style helm that clips over the stock or elite strap for the headset,
• A main visor with clips that catch the top of the headset and a mounting point for double sided adhesive just under the 3 front cameras,
• Silver accents that fit into the visor

You can use my simple front plate cover for the Quest 3 to black out the front of the headset and complete the look. Fans to keep cool while inside the helmet are highly recommended. It can get pretty toasty in there. Edges on the inner clips of the main helmet will be uncomfortable if your head is on the larger side so be prepared to add some padding. 

Sizing Note

This helmet was designed to fit on a head with a circumference of 23.5 in (60cm or 7 1/2" fitted hat size).  Since the Quest 3 has a standardized shape while people have varying head sizes, you'll need to leave cutouts and mounting points for the headset unchanged while scaling other parts of the helmet up or down.  Recommend simply stretching out the back of the main helmet to make room.
