Description
This is a 100% customizable battery pack!
This OpenSCAD script lets you generate any variety of Battery Pack! It's recommended you print a small 2x1 array first to verify the dimensions before printing larger arrays!

Quick Start
1. Select the number of rows and columns
2. Select your cell diameter, the inner hole diameter, and wall thickness between batteries!
It is recommended that you set your cell diameter about 0.2 - 0.4 mm greater then the measured battery diameter.
The inner hole diameter should be about 2 - 4 mm smaller than your cell diameter.
3. Select your hole and lip depth.
4. Make sure to generate and export a “Bottom” and “Top” holder! I recommend exporting an STL!
5. Load your STLs into the provided Example 3MF file!
Optionally, adjust your settings to the following:
Quality → Wall generator
- Wall generator = Arachne
- Wall transitioning threshold angle = 50
Warnings
Lithium Ion batteries can be dangerous if not handled properly!
- Spot weld. Do NOT solder!
- Use proper nickel plate strips!
- Use a proper battery management system!
