Description
Propagation Pad! The improved version of my previously created propagation wheel, with added buoyancy, functionality, and looks!
Insert your leaves, nodes, or anything that you wish to propagate over water within the slots available and place the pad on water.
Once the roots start developing and the plant is ready to be placed in soil (if desired), gently pull the leaf from the bottom without damaging the roots!
This is designed for plants that can be propagated over water, without submerging the whole leaf!
DO NOT PRINT IN PLA.
PLA IS POROUS AND ABSORBS WATER EASILY.
Please use the print settings profile as these guarantee that the propagation pad is watertight.
THE OUTER WALL MUST BE PRINTED VERY SLOWLY. THIS ENSURES PROPER LAYER ADHESION.
I have tested a lot and left the pad floating in water for a long time, it is indeed watertight when printed with the right settings.
